Grange Medical Practice will be switching to a new clinical system from the 11th of March 2026 to the 20th March 2026. This change has been mandated by the health board and has affected all GP practices across Wales.

From 12 noon on Wednesday 11th March until Friday 20th March 2026, we will not have access to computerized patient medical records.

 

During this time:

⚠️ We will be operating an emergency on-the-day service only

⚠️ Routine appointments will not be available

⚠️ We cannot access test results or medical history

 

💊Repeat prescriptions💊

If your medication is due during this period, please submit your request in the week commencing 2nd March 2026.

Eligible patients will receive 2 monthly prescriptions to help cover this period.

🚑 If you become unwell during this time:

⚠️Contact the surgery in the usual way for urgent issues

⚠️Speak to to your local pharmacist

⚠️Call NHS 111 for advice.
